It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Helen Morin ( Joyce, Hosfeld) on Thursday June 25 ,2026 at her home in Wallaceburg at the age of 85. Daughter of the late Richard and Margaret Hosfeld. Beloved wife of Jim Morin. Loving mother of Diane (Jim) Morehouse, Darlene (Al ) Schmitchen , Brian (Sandy) Joyce, Brad Joyce. Caring mother of Angela(Barry) Cousins, Jeff Morin,Deanna (Rob) Dudley. Much loved grandma of Samantha (Joe), Alison (Dustin), Ashley (Nick), Alexandra, Andrea (Alex), Nick (Sophie), Marcus, and Payge. Proud great grandma of Zack, Reagan, Mackenzie, Cam, Max. Predeceased by sisters Dorothy Einoff, Kay Boyd and brothers Doug, Robert and Roy Hosfeld. Remembered by several sisters and brothers in law ,nieces and nephews.
A heartfelt thank you to all the Doctors, Nurses, medical staff, and VON in Wallaceburg, Chatham and London that helped her with her courageous battle. Special thank you to all our family and friends for their love, kindness , thoughts , prayers and support over the last 20 years. She loved life ,never gave up hope , always had positivity. We will always remember her courage, her desire, her will, her smile and all the other great things about her. We’re certain that her spirit has touched and will live on in everyone lucky enough to have known her.To respect Helen’s wishes cremation has taken place . Her family will be remembering her privately.
