A man was charged with mischief after an incident at a Wallaceburg business early Sunday morning, May 4, 2020.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege early yesterday morning, around 2:30 a.m., a man threw a rock at the drive through window of a business on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg.
“Employees noticed the damage in the morning when they opened,” police officials say.
Officers identified the man responsible using video surveillance.
A 28-year-old man no fixed address was located shortly after 7:30 a.m. and arrested.
He was charged with mischief under $5,000 and released pending a future court date of July 29, 2020.
Damage to the window was estimated at $500.
