Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Chatham-Kent police arrested a 59-year-old man Sunday afternoon after a traffic stop on St. Clair Street.
An Automatic License Plate Reader flagged the man’s vehicle for a suspended license at 2:58 p.m.
Police say he breached a Form 10 release condition by occupying the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle.
The man was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
