Reunited with the love of his life, Donald A. Robinson, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Wallaceburg Retirement Home, Wallaceburg at the age of 91 years.
He was born in Sarnia, Ontario and was a son of the late George and Mabel (Burling) Robinson.
Together again with his loving wife, the late Marie (Jenkins) Robinson (2018).
Loving father of Darlene Bery, Donna (Jim) Cole, Terri Barnett, Sheryl (Bob) Fraleigh and Karen (Kevin) Dionne.
He was known as “Grampy” to his grandchildren Marc, Shannon, Jimmy, Randy, Taylor, Sally, Jason, Tami, Kyle, Jennifer, Alyssa and 18 great grandchildren.
Kind brother of the late Gwen, Ruth, Jackie, George “Buster”, Nancy and Kenny. He is survived by his sister-in-law of Laura Varro, and also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Don loved being with his Harley Boys and was known with the nickname “Rocky”.
He enjoyed his social time with friends and would be glad to share his poems.
The late Donald Robinson is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd., 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Family and friends are invited for visitation on Friday April 24, 2026 from 3-6p.m. at the funeral home.
A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 11a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation may be left at the funeral home.
