Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night police located a male in the area of St. Clair Street in Chatham who was known to be wanted on outstanding warrants.

The 26-year old male was arrested, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service for booking and was held pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night police located a male near a business on King Street West in Chatham who was known to be wanted on an outstanding warrant.

The 53-year old male was arrested on the strength of the warrant, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held pending a bail hearing.

Male arrested for impaired operation

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night police responded to a traffic complaint in the area on Queens Line in Chatham.

The involved vehicle was located and a traffic stop was initiated.

Through investigation the officer believed the male driving was driving while impaired by alcohol.

The male was arrested and transported to the OPP detachment for breath tests.

The 42-year old male of Leamington was charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit and held pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early this morning police located a male in the area of King Street West in Chatham highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself.

The 23-year old male was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held until sober.
