Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 12:28 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Gray Street in Chatham.
Through investigation, it was revealed the man, who was bound by conditions of a probation order, was observed outside a residence he was prohibited from attending. The man was located a short distance away and arrested.
The 36-year-old Chatham man was transported to police headquarters, where he was released with conditions and a court date of June 10, 2024.
He is currently charged with failing to comply with a probation order.
