St. John Street in Dresden was shut down for four hours on Saturday, in order for the community to celebrate the second annual ‘We Believe In Dresden Day’ – full story and photos.
It was finally announced that LIVE horse racing would be returning to the Dresden Raceway, with the Dresden Agricultural Society running the show.
With the help from National Bank Financial, Gatsby’s Grill House in Wallaceburg and countless local residents, the Sydenham Current kicked off the media hostage festivities for the Chatham-Kent Family Health Team – Wallaceburg Medical Centre expansion project.
Combined with the matching funds from National Bank Financial, the Sydenham Current helped raise $5,400!
